Maintenance Technician
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment. Responsibilities include performing scheduled maintenance, complying with all safety procedures, reading and interpreting wire schematics, blue prints, manuals and work orders to perform required scheduled maintenance, and CNC machine monitoring. Candidate must have PLC skills to diagnose machine problems, computer skills, and effective interpersonal and communication skills. At least four years of experience in a manufacturing environment is required along with strong knowledge and experience in pneumatic, hydraulic, and CNC/PNC skills. Production Supervisor
Responsibilities of a Production Supervisor include, but are not limited to, training employees, resolving problems, coordinating production, reviewing paperwork, utilizing charts and work orders to determine production requirements, and disciplining employees pursuant to guidelines. Candidates must have a working knowledge and understanding of equipment operations and safety procedures, planning/organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to lead, and effective written and verbal communication skills. Physically this job requires the ability to stand for 8-10 hours a day, repetitive bending and stopping, the ability to lift 25-35 pounds repeatedly, the ability to work overtime if necessary, the ability to work in both hot and cold environments, the ability to repetitively move wrist, and the ability to wear rubber safety equipment. This position is in Jackson, OH and will start out at $10/hourly during the training phase with opportunity to be promoted to a full time Production Supervisor after a period of review.
Program Manager
The Program Manager will manage new product development in the engineering department in order to ensure the production of quality products that meets or exceeds customer expectations. This position will report to the engineering manager. Responsibilities include monitoring APQP activities, participating in reviews regarding product concept and design offering constructive input about manufacturing feasibility and viability as well as options to achieve best in class processes, ensuring that all engineering documentation required by internal/external customers and TS 16949 is completed, participating in regular discussions with external customers, Product Design Engineering and Sales/Advanced Engineering, and Planning on relevant engineering topics, generating program budget for executive approval, controlling and tracking assigned programs’ financial status, actively participating in Continuous Improvement and TS 16949, and maintaining positive employee relations and address issues in timely manner. A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience is required along with at least five years experience of engineering in the automotive industry and a solid understanding of TS 16949 and ISO14001 requirements. Process Engineer
This role will be the primary technical resource for manufacturing knowledge on processing systems. Identify, lead, develop, and execute solutions for efficiency, quality and performance improvements on these systems. Requirements include a BS Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field, 5-10 years of process engineering experience in a manufacturing/packaging environment, and expertise in continuous improvement methods (Kaizen, Lean). This position is in Jackson, OH.
Weld Engineer
A Tier One automotive supplier is seeking a Weld Engineer to maintain and establish welding and fabrication processes. The Weld Engineer will design, build, and maintain robotic welding controls. This position will provide support and trouble shooting for welding operations, investigate fabrication issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Weld Engineering. At least two years of experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be familiar with design and operations of metal stamping and robotic controls. Knowledge of TS16949/ISO14001 knowledge is helpful.
