Temporary
Temporary workers are workers that employers utilize for an indefinite period of time. RSS recruits, interviews, conduct background checks, and places the individual with the client. RSS would be responsible for the payroll and tax benefit withholding. The employee would not be an employee of the client. The employee does not participate in any of the client’s benefit packages including vacation. The client is responsible for authorization/verification of the employee’s time cards.
Temporary to Hire
Temporary to Hire workers are similar to temporary workers, but the client would eventually hire the employee after a predetermined period of time. At the time the employee becomes the client’s employee, the employee may be eligible to participate in company benefits.
Direct Hire
Direct Hire employees are recruited, referred or developed for the client’s direct hire. There is not a period required as a temporary worker; the client will hire the individual directly as an employee. |
